Job Description:
Experience:
- Experience as a Techno functional Analyst on software projects in supporting requirement analysis, documenting functional and technical requirements,
- Experience working on MS Dynamics projects
- Adept at requirement gathering, turning functional requirements into technical specifications
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team and users.
- Experience handling Healthcare data
- Experience working in Azure DevOps environment
- Experience customization and configuring MS dynamics
- Able to triage change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in government and/or healthcare domain is strongly preferred
- Availability minimum once a week in the office.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science/MS/PhD Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Related Field (or equivalent expertise)
